Hej! I am Andrea del Valle. I am a postdoc with a huge scientific hunger, I just love science. In the last years, I have been devoted to scientific communication and scientific advocacy, especially in research-lagging countries. I joined SNPA as a secretary in May 2022. My work in SNPA focuses on keeping constant communication between the board members, recording important information, performing surveys, and communicating the important advances with other postdoc associations. My main scientific goal is to identify predictive and prognostic markers for cancer tumor invasion in metastasis and to further develop microenvironment-based therapies. During my free time, I like to explore Swedish nature, hiking, cook delicious meals, and bake cookies.”
