St. Michael’s Syro-Malabar Church, Pazhayidom, commonly known as “Pazhayidom Palli,” is a parish under the Eparchy of Kanjirapally, is beautifully situated on the banks of the Manimala River. Established and blessed in 1923, with St. Michael the Archangel as its patron saint, the church was elevated to the status of a parish church on October 15, 1924. Today, Pazhayidom Palli proudly stands as a pioneer Smart, fully digitalized parish in the Eparchy of Kanjirappally, and holds the distinction of being the first parish worldwide within the Syro-Malabar Church to introduce a Smart Card system for its parishioners.
