Training in Research Methodology is a vital component of overall faculty development and is very essential for the management and is very essential for the management teachers in their career. They require an update of latest research methods and techniques of data analysis as they embark on the journey of producing quality research at various stages of their career. With the advert of a variety of Software packages, it is now easy to run otherwise laborious tests, provided one has proper understanding of the technique and a skill of running it using an appropriate software tool.

This FDP attempts at providing the faculty an understanding of  fundamental structure of conducting the research using the general techniques of data analysis and introduce them to the contemporary research methods/ techniques viz Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Conjoint Analysis, Discriminant Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling etc; while proving a hands-on tarining of conducting both basic and contemporary data analysis using the MS Excel Software, SPSS Software and R programming.

Programme Fee / Financial Assistance:

There is no Programme Fee, as the program is sponsored by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Ministry of HRD, and Government of India.

The outstation participants will be reimbursed to and fro railway fare (excluding tatkal charge- if any) via sortest route in sleeper class from the place of work (proof of journey/ticket needed)

The outstation participants are also provided rent free accommodation in the university guest house on twin sharing basis.

TA/DA will be paid to the eligible participants as per AICTE norms.
