Strategic Retreat is all about understanding a company's mission, values, vision, SWOT, targets etc. and finding out how they are being practiced in the competitive market scenario. Executives are expected to come with their vision, mission, values etc. along with the current practices in operations to achieve them of their companies to the workshop which will be discusses in-depth to find possibilities for further improvement. In addition, lectures, case discussions etc. would be put in place for strengthening the leasrning and take home. Total Quality Management (TQM) tool helping industries perform better and achieve excellence. Different business excellence(BE) models will be discussed in the workshop linking then with the BSC. To achieve strategic excellence, both the programmes "TQM & Business Excellence Models (BEMs)" and "Strategic Retreat through Balanced Scorecard" are extremely important in the competitive scenarios.

• Statistical Quality Control and Reliability

• Hands-on experience using MS-EXCEL/MINITAB etc.
