What Can You Edit?

You can update the following details:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Username

• Mobile Number

• Gender

• Date of Birth

• Current Location

How to Edit Your Profile

Step 1: Open Profile Page

Go to:

Profile → Edit Profile

Step 2: Update Information

Edit the required fields:

Personal Information

• First Name

• Last Name

Username: User can't change username his own, if required username changes. Customer need to raise a support ticken in Support Section.

Contact Information

• Mobile Number

Gender Selection

Choose:

• Male

• Female

Date of Birth

Select:

• Day

• Month

• Year

Step 3: Update Location

Choose your:

• Colony

• Ward

• Area

• City

Correct location helps:

• Receive nearby updates

• Get local alerts

• Improve report accuracy

Later this update location page will remove from edit profile page and will add a seprate location selection page.

Step 4: Save Changes

After editing your information:

• Tap Save/Update button

• Wait for confirmation message

Your profile will update automatically.

Username Guidelines

Your username should:

• User can't change his username

• If Required change Request in Support Section

• Add New Username in Support request and older and that should be unique

• Avoid special characters

• Avoid offensive words

• Be easy to identify

Mobile Number Information

Your mobile number is used for:

• OTP verification

• Account security

• Support identification

Please use an active mobile number.

Username Already Taken

While Creating New Account, Please always choose unique username.

Wrong Location Showing

Update your area manually from Current Location section.

Mobile Number Not Updating

Some account details may require OTP verification for security.
