Creating your account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Open the App

Download and open the Smart Suvidha app on your mobile device.

Step 2: Enter Mobile Number

On the login screen:

• Enter your active mobile number

• Make sure the number is correct

• Click on the Send OTP button

Step 3: Verify OTP

You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number.

• Enter the OTP

• Verification will happen automatically or manually

• After successful verification, your account will be created

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

After login, complete your profile information.

You may need to add:

• Full Name

• Profile Photo (Optional)

• Village / Area Name

• Email Address (Optional)

This helps personalize your experience.

Important Notes

• Use your own mobile number for security

• OTP may take a few seconds to arrive

• Make sure your SIM network is active

• Internet connection is required

If OTP Not Received

Try the following:

• Wait for 30–60 seconds

• Check network signal

• Restart internet connection

• Request OTP again

If still not received, contact support.
