Delete Your Smart Suvidha Account

Smart Suvidha allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated user data.

How to Delete Your Account from the App:

1. Open the Smart Suvidha app.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Open Privacy & Security

4. Tap on “Delete Account”.

5. Confirm your request.

Alternative Request Method:

Users can also request account deletion by submitting a request through our official deletion request form or by sending an email.

Please include the following details in your request:

• Registered Mobile Number

• Username (if available)

• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted:

• User profile information

• Uploaded reports and posts associated with the account

• Account authentication data

• App-related personal information linked to the account

Data Retention:

Some information may be retained temporarily for legal, fraud prevention, security or compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.

Processing Time:

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days.
