An international online conference marked the closing of the Erasmus+ project “Small Steps Lead to Big Changes”. More than 20 teachers and early childhood educators from each partner school took part, sharing reflections on the project’s impact on pupils, staff and school communities. The event was an opportunity to present the main conclusions, highlight the benefits of working on healthy lifestyles and sustainability, and showcase innovative activities developed during the LTTs. Participants underlined the improvement of students’ awareness and habits, the strengthening of teachers’ competences, and the creation of stronger European cooperation networks. The conference concluded with a shared commitment to continue integrating the project’s practices into daily school life and to build on this partnership in future initiatives.
