This program is part of a supervised training experience for dietetic interns at Saint Louis University. Sessions are educational in nature and not a substitute for medical nutrition therapy or individualized care from a licensed registered dietitian or healthcare provider.
You’ll receive personalized nutrition support from dietitians-in-training, supervised by Dr. María-José Romo-Palafox, a licensed dietitian and professor for DIET 5480 at Saint Louis University.

Our dietitians-in-training can help you:
Build healthy habits that feel realistic and sustainable
Explore food choices that match your lifestyle and goals
Strengthen your confidence around eating and nutrition
Four sessions, 60 minutes each
Flexible scheduling (weekly or every other week)
Start dates available beginning September 21st
Important: Please sign up only if you are able to complete all four sessions. Scheduling is flexible, but attending all four is essential for both your progress and the students’ training.

Once we match you with a counselor, they will follow up to schedule four 60-min sessions (times are flexible and can be weekly or every other week).
You can also expect your counselor to ask you to complete a few short forms (contact information, health history, and diet history) so they can better tailor their support to your needs.
