These enemies are ice variants of enemies you've already encountered, and will go down with similar strategies. Go to the next area and jump behind the first tree for a shine sprite. Look behind the bush in the foreground for a star piece. Hit the question block here for an HP Plus P badge. Search behind the brick wall here for a star piece. The next area is Fahr Outpost, search behind the first brick wall for a star piece. In the eastern area there's an inn and a shop. Search behind the steps of the inn for a coupon. Look in the house to the right behind the boxes for a star piece. Search through the boxes in the rightmost house for another star piece. To the right of this house there's a shine sprite on the ground. Talk to the mayor with Bobbery out and he'll tell you that in order to access the cannon to the moon you need to get General White and Gold Bob. Gold Bob can be found in Poshville and talk to him and agree to give him all of your money. He'll agree to join you because of your generosity and returns the money. You'll have to travel between different areas to get General White, and the fast travel area blocked off by a blowable wall in Rogueport Underground is especially useful here. First, go to Petalburg. The koopas there say that he left to Keelhaul Key. Go there and the Bob-Omb said that he left to Glitzville. Talk to the bartender in Keelhaul Key and he'll say that he left to the Great Tree. Talk to the Puni at the entrance and he'll say that he left to Twilight Town. Talk to the Twilighter in front of the shop and he'll say that he left but he has no idea where. Go back to Fahr Outpost and talk to the mayor. He'll say to look in town for clues on his whereabouts. Go to the rightmost building to find the bob-omb on his bed. Inspect him to be able to jump on him, keep jumping on him and he'll eventually wake up. The General will go set up the cannon. Talk to the mayor again and he'll take Mario to it to blast him to the moon.
WARNING: Some areas of this chapter are permanently missable. Make sure you do everything you want to as early as possible.
On the main moon area, you'll encounter Moon Clefts and Z-Yux'.

Blow up the rocks here before entering the pipe to the background for a star piece. Go to the city and continue and you'll be ambushed by X-Nauts. From Now on, you might encounter Elite X-Nauts, X-Yux', and X-Naut PhDs.

Leave and go all the way to the right, where the floor in the new area will glow in a certain pattern. If you can't remember the pattern, on the Switch version you can take a screenshot. Follow the path that was shown to reach the chest and get the elevator key. You can also now access the ? block for an Ultra Mushroom. Go back to the elevator and up to the second sublevel. Go all the way to the left for another secret path electrified room with the path on a map on the wall. The block has a Sleepy Sheep, if you can't get it, get it after you get the chest with the diamond security card. Go back to the first green room to battle an X-Naut. In the room after the elevator you will enter a room with a machine that teleports you back to Rogueport Underground. You can use this if you want to get some extra items or missions complete before returning to the fortress. Go to the next room and super jump into the hanging part of the vent on the ceiling to enter the vent. Travel left from here to get a star piece. Turn sideways to fall through the vent and use Yoshi to hover over the space and get the cog. Continue to the right to a room with stickers on a desk. One says, "To turn on the power, left, right, middle". The other says "Today's code is 014029 Do NOT forget it!!!". Continue right to Grodus' room and check his desk for the Heart Security Card. None of these cards go to the elevator, so go back to sublevel one. You'll come across a room with cog machinery and three buttons that say it's under repair. Put the cog into the machine and use the note from earlier by hitting the buttons in order of left, right and then middle. Move in front of the platform to control the crane using Y and X. Use it to get a star piece, some coins, a feeling fine badge, and a feeling fine P badge. Go all the way to the right of sublevel one and enter the code of 014029 to enter the room. There's going to be another Trivia Quiz Off, like there was in chapter 1. Here are all of the right answers.

For winning you'll get the red elevator key. Go to the next elevator, use your key, and go to the fourth sublevel. Go left here, into Princess Peach's room, and into her bathtub. Defeat the Elite X-Naut for the Club Security Card. Go to sublevel three and go left. You'll reach another electrical floor room with a moving safe white platform. Stay on the middle to avoid getting too close to the edges. At the end you can open the chest for the Spade Security Card. Go all the way to the right of the third sublevel and enter all of the four keycards into the corresponding slots. In the next room, blow up the button with Bobbery, turn sideways while holding the forground wall while on the conveyor belt to go through the gap, and Go under the moving wall with Vivian. Go into the pipe to the background. Go to the left platforms for an Ultra Shroom, and then across the gears to the right. If you fall, go to the pipe to the left. It leads to the pipe with the platforms. Alternatively, go right for a heart box and an enemy. Both lead back to the background. Get to the tall pipe on the right in the background, go through and use the paper airplane for the Star Security Card. Go to the pipe in the background that's enclosed by a beam and hit the blue button which creates a set of stairs. Go back through the background and go up the steps and unlock the door to Confront Lord Crump, which you'll have to fight his upgraded Magnus Von Grapple 2.0.
Max HP: 70
Attack: 6

Max HP: 5
Attack: 9

The bottom stats are for his X-Punch fists. Similarly to Magnus Von Grapple 1.0, you'll have to take these down first so they don't completely destroy you. Magnus will do an attack that will suck up the audience and fire them at you for a lot of damage, so go under the floor with Vivian before he gets under 35 HP. After that you can get the crystal star and end the chapter. Bowser's scene once again shows him failing to get a crystal star. Back on the Moon, Mario runs to the right of sublevel four. TEC uses the rest of his power to open the teleporter that you previously encountered. Do everything you need to now, and then go back to Rogueport. The Princess was dragged into the Thousand Year Door, go over there and enter using your new crystal star. Enter the door to begin Chapter 8.
