The following is an in-depth guide for the Fourth "Your Sanctuary" location of EarthBound.
After you defeat the Trillionage Sprout, go backwards the way you came, fighting the monsters you can with your advantage you get. The nice part about the way out of a Sanctuary Dungeon is that if you feel like you can't fight anymore enemies on the way back, you don't have to. GO back to Saturn Valley to heal up, and then head back to Threed.
♪Threed Free at Last♪
Threed is now completely rid of zombies. It might be a goood idea to rest up or get some healing items and bottle rockets. When your ready, go to the new bus signs and interact with them to move on to Fourside.
♪Super Dry Dance♪
You'll end up being stopped in traffic and you'll have to explore Dusty Dunes Desert. First, go to the drugstore and update your weapons and items for your team. You should also save your game. The Wet Towels sold hear cure sunstroke, but you can also use PSI Healing to cure the sunstroke. Watch out for the new enemies, the Bad Buffalo, Crested Booka, Criminal Caterpillar, Cute Li'l UFO, Desert Wolf, Skelpion and Smilin' Sphere.

These guys can be pretty tough. I would reccomend avoiding the Smilin' Spheres on the field as much as possible. They can cause immense damage to your party. The criminal caterpillar is a rare enemy that will run away from you on the field. When you kill them, they net a ton of experience points, so make sure you track them down. The Crested Booka and the Desert Wolf aren't too difficult so focus on those. Go to the right of the desert and you'll find the gold mine. Give the miner a food item from your inventory. His shack is also a healing and save spot you can use, so you can focus on training here. When you're ready, go back to the bus and take it to Fourside.

If you choose the right one, you'll get to a new area and a series of new areas and warp men, which will eventually take you to a room with a man inside.
