PingInsight ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Network Diagnostic Data

PingInsight may perform network tests including:

• Download speed

• Upload speed

• Latency (Ping)

• Jitter

• Packet loss

• Traceroute path analysis

These measurements are used solely to provide network diagnostic functionality.

Public IP Information

For network path ownership analysis, the App may send public IP addresses discovered during traceroute to ipinfo.io to retrieve:

• ASN

• ISP name

• Network ownership information

This information is used only for network analysis and is not linked to your identity.

Advertising

The free version displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and advertising-related information in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

Users may purchase the Pro version to remove advertisements permanently.

In-App Purchases

PingInsight offers optional one-time purchases through Apple's App Store.

Purchase processing is handled by Apple. PingInsight does not collect payment card information.

Data Storage

Network health reports and historical records are stored locally on your device unless explicitly exported by the user.

Third-Party Services

PingInsight may use:

• Google AdMob

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

• Apple App Store In-App Purchases

• ipinfo.io

• Cloudflare Speed Test Endpoints

Your Choices

You may:

• Disable ad tracking through iOS privacy settings

• Remove ads by purchasing the Pro version

• Delete local history at any time
