NibbleCalc (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) respects your privacy. NibbleCalc is designed to work primarily on your device without requiring an account, advertising, or user tracking.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use NibbleCalc.

1. Information We Collect

NibbleCalc does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.

We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

NibbleCalc does not use third-party advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.

2. On-Device Processing

NibbleCalc is designed to perform its calculations, conversions, developer tools, color processing, and other supported functions directly on your device.

Information entered into the App, including calculation data, programmer values, JSON, regular expressions, JWT content, Base64 data, timestamps, colors, and similar user-provided content, is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Photos and Photo Library Access

Certain features, such as Photo Colors, may allow you to select a photo from your device in order to analyze its colors.

When you choose a photo:

• The photo is processed locally on your device.

• NibbleCalc does not upload the photo to our servers.

• We do not collect or store your photos.

• Access is used only to provide the feature you requested.

You control photo access through the privacy settings provided by iOS or iPadOS.

4. Camera Access

The Color Scan feature may request access to your device's camera so that you can identify or capture colors from the real world.

Camera data is used only to provide the Color Scan functionality and is processed locally on your device.

NibbleCalc does not record, upload, or transmit camera images to us.

You can disable camera access at any time through the privacy settings on your device.

5. Calculation History, Favorites, and App Settings

NibbleCalc may store information such as calculation history, favorite colors, preferences, themes, or other App settings locally on your device so that these features can function properly.

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

You can remove locally stored information by using available controls within the App, where applicable, or by deleting the App from your device.

6. Developer Tools

NibbleCalc includes developer utilities such as:

• JSON formatting and validation

• Regular expression testing

• JWT decoding

• Base64 encoding and decoding

• URL encoding and decoding

• Hash generation

• UUID generation

Content entered into these tools is processed locally on your device.

NibbleCalc does not send the content you enter into these tools to our servers.

However, you should avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into any application unless you understand how that information will be handled.

7. Purchases

NibbleCalc may offer optional Pro features through an in-app purchase.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

NibbleCalc does not receive or store your full payment card information.

8. Advertising and Tracking

NibbleCalc does not display third-party advertisements.

We do not use your activity in NibbleCalc to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

We do not sell personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

NibbleCalc is designed to operate without sending your App content to external servers for its core functionality.

If third-party platform services provided by Apple are used, such services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

NibbleCalc does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not require an account and does not collect personal information as part of its normal operation, we do not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.

11. Data Security

Because NibbleCalc processes App content locally on your device, the security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and operating system.

We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date and using appropriate device security features.

12. International Users

NibbleCalc is available in multiple languages and may be used in different countries and regions.

Because App content is processed locally and is not transmitted to us as part of the App's normal functionality, we do not maintain a centralized database of users' App content.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if NibbleCalc's functionality or privacy practices change.

If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
