Why can't I scan documents?

Please ensure Camera permission is enabled:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Document Scanner

Why is OCR unavailable?

OCR may require:

• Internet connection (if using cloud OCR)

• Pro subscription (depending on your plan)

• Supported language packs

Why are AI features unavailable?

AI features require:

• A supported Apple Intelligence device

• Apple Intelligence enabled in iOS Settings

• Compatible iOS version

If your device does not support Apple Intelligence, the app will continue to function normally without AI features.

How do I sync my documents?

You can connect supported cloud services such as:

• iCloud Drive

• Google Drive

• Dropbox

• OneDrive

depending on your selected storage provider.
