Research Paper on the Impact of Light on Jade Plant Photosynthesis

September - December 2021

This is research I conducted in fall of 2021 on how plants react to the color of light available to them. As a passionate plant owner in Boston, I have long needed grow lights to care for my succulents during the winter. Many different grow lights boast about the value of their colored light options and this research assessed the market claims on the value of different colors to plants and their photosynthesis. Below on the left is the research poster which shows a summery of the procedure and results. On the right is the full length paper I wrote at the end of the research detailing the findings in the standard format for publication.
