Each set of names has two groups: direct names (ie: Fish-) and adjectives (ie: Bridled (Bridled Monocle Bream)). Every adjective will have its source animal listed. This largely ignores adjective names that are basic colors. Not every "white-footed" and "yellow-crested" animal is remarkable enough to be named after. The list would get too cluttered with 12 of the same color in every category. We also tried to only list 1 prefix 1 time, so if there's multiple animals under the same category with the word "spotted" in its name, it was likely only put down once for whichever animal was listed first. This does not, however, include words that will already fall under other lists (such as Egg appearing as a prefix under both the Bird and Crab categories.)
Please, when using these names for your characters, consider where they come from. That is why you are given the full species: so you can look it up. When a character names their precious little child Jewel, it is not after glittering diamonds, it would be after a very, very red beetle. Consider these things.
