Rules & Regulations:
-Impromptu speeches are evaluated by judges who assign scores based on specific criteria, 1 being the best ranked and 5 being the worst ranked in comparison.
-Topics can range from quotes, people, and nouns/objects. Speakers select from a set of provided topics.
-Information should be clear, logical, and well-organized. Speakers should aim to present a cohesive argument or perspective on the topic.
