AFF Constructive- 6 minutes
NEG Cross Examination- 3 minutes
NEG Constructive- 7 minutes
AFF Cross Examination- 3 minutes

NEG Rebuttal- 6 minutes
2nd AFF Rebuttal- 3 minutes
Rules & Regulations:
-LD rounds consist of either team receiving a W (win) or L (loss) with each speaker in the round receiving speaker points (25-30)
-The debate includes an affirmative constructive, negative cross-examination, negative constructive, affirmative cross-examination, rebuttals, and summaries
-Arguments should be supported by logical reasoning, ethical principles, and credible evidence. Proper citations should be used.
