Description: In this game, players will encounter various mechanics such as swimming, time dilation, collapsing tiles, health pickups, and locked doors. With death never being a finality, the challenge lies in escaping the maze.
Purpose: The game aims to capture a "Blade Runner 2049" feel. Players must navigate through the maze while facing numerous obstacles. The focus of this project is on environmental mechanics.

FINAL THOUGHTS
This game really tested my creativity because it was very level mechanics-heavy. My goal was not just to demonstrate my skills in creating these mechanics but to make them engaging and innovative. Inspired by Juice WRLD’s captivating song "Maze," I wanted players to experience the sensation of being truly ensnared within a maze. This project marks my first endeavor to design a world deeply influenced by the powerful emotions music can evoke. I let the rhythm guide me, focusing on the joy of creation without worrying about feature creep. Each time I listened to the track, I felt an electrifying rush, transporting me into a vibrant alternate reality. I truly savored the process—time seemed to stand still as I sculpted environments for players to navigate, from waking up to a world emerging around them to racing across crumbling tiles and maneuvering past turret guns. I can’t wait for everyone to dive in and experience this adventure firsthand!
