FEEDBACK SURVEY
The survey requesting your feedback was emailed to members on Tuesday 5th May 2026. Some members, particularly those with Bigpond emails, advised that they did not receive the email. However, later they found it in the Spam or Junk folder. So if you have not received the email please check these folders in the first instance.
If you are having any difficulty whatsoever submitting the form OR if you have not received it, please contact Clare Farrell (0466 418 519) and we can provide you with a paper copy.
The Management Committee hope to receive as many replies as possible, as this will help with future planning. Thank you for your patience and co-operation. The results of the survey will be communicated to all members in Term 3.

ART APPRECIATION

Enjoy a journey of exploration through the world of ART. We begin with an introduction – What is Art? (Your comments will be encouraged! - there are NO right or wrong answers). I will offer a few examples of different types of art works - basically visual arts – before beginning to look at PORTRAITS – ranging from 24,000 years ago up to our own time. My focus is to look at the MOTIVATION of the artists and learn about the WHO, WHEN, WHERE, HOW and WHY of each of the works. I encourage discussion, comments and ‘looking outside the box’ - we may have many differing opinions about a particular piece, BUT we should always enjoy the experiences!

BERRY DAY TRIP
On Monday 15th June 2026 come and experience Berry's captivating historical township and natural beauty. Join us for a visit to the Treat Factory, some free time to explore the town and morning tea in the beautiful park in Berry.
Cost: $40 per person for bus trip only. Lunch at your own expense. Bus departs 9.00am from Oak Flats Station

CHRISTMAS IN JULY LUNCH
TUESDAY 28TH JULY - 11.30 FOR 12.00 START
OAK FLATS BOWLING CLUB
On Tuesday 26th May, Kim Lynch will be accepting names for our Christmas in July Lunch, which will be held at Oak Flats Bowling Club on Tuesday 28th July 2026. This is a two-course lunch (1 main and 1 dessert, tea and coffee) and the subsidised cost to members is $30.00. As numbers are strictly limited to 80 members, early payment is expected. Full payment is to be made by 30th June. Please note there will be no meeting at the hall on this Tuesday.
If you are unable to come to the hall on Tuesday 26th May, it is essential that you contact Kim Lynch on 0402 811 379 to register your name. This event is expected to fill quickly.
