First step is to draw out ideas

This is the project I choose

This was my first cut and fold test

The next step was to draw it in autocad.

Then it was downloaded as a DXF files and put into RD works to be cut on the laser cutter beforehand to ensure it will cut right on the Water Jet.

This is the finished product after cutting on water jet, bending the metal, and media blasting
