Medallion Design 1

For this design the middle flower will be cut out by the CNC Plasma cutter along with the hole at the top. This will allow for a flower outline in the middle of the medallion and the hole in the top allows it to become a keychain.

Medallion Design 2

For this design the middle rectangle will be cut out along with the hole in the top. This allows for the medallion to become a keychain were you can attach a picture to the back with tape or glue and the picture will show through the front.

Medallion Design 3

For this design the middle hole, top hole, and ovals will be cut out. This allows for the a keychain that looks like a fun cute donut.

This is the design once it was transferred to Fusion which allowed it to get pathways fro the cut.

Plasma Cut

This is the Plasma Machine cutting my work. The work is put on a flash drive from Fusion and then plugged into the computer and opened into the FireControl Application which tells the machine what to do.

After the Media Blaster

A Media Blaster blast abrasive material onto the metal which leaves it with a smoother and shiny finish. Its a good alternative to angle grinding and doesn't leave streaks like an angle grinder does.
