Can I use the Sewell Stipend to participate in APHA 2024 in person?
The 2024 Sewell Stipend will cover recipients' APHA membership and APHA registration at the early bird, full-conference rate. Even though you will be attending in person, we'll still expect you to participate in the virtual networking events with the rest of the 2024 Sewell Stipend cohort.
What if illness or family emergency, or some other problem prevents me from attending?
Please let the STAPH Chair know as soon as you possibly can. This will enable someone else to attend.
