In 1754 roll a D4 for any male teen through the adult age stage to see if they head off to war. Do this for ALL your sims (even your side households).
If your sim rolls a 4 then your sim goes to war. You must move out of your sim from their current household lot to a war camp lot.
In 1763 roll a D10 for your currently enlisted sims. If your sim rolls a 10 then they die as a cause of war. If your Sim survives then they can go back home.

18 means they contribute to local defense efforts.
