We can arrange a meeting to scan the item and add it to our collection. If you would like to donate the item to the school, the item will be well taken care of in acid-free document protectors. Copies of the original will be used for display purposes.
If at any time we are unable to house the documents/photos, the Baltimore County Historical Society has offered to maintain the items.
