Altandi station has three platforms consisting of an island platform and a side platform. Platform 1 is used for outbound services and platform 3 is used for inbound services. Platform 2 is only used during peak hour.
Altandi station has two entrances. One is on Gundoee Street and the other is at the carpark which provides access to Alconah Street, Shearwin Street, Maud Street and Mains Road.
