Application Deadlines
The Fellows scholarship is available to newly admitted SCPS students. Students may submit an application at any time prior to seeking admission, up to the end of their first session of classes with SCPS. The following deadlines are recommendations connected to when a student may want to have their scholarship award first disbursed should they be admitted into the Fellows scholarship program.
Fall - August 1
Spring - December 1
Summer - May 1
Enrollment Deadlines
Fall Semester (includes Fall I and Fall II) – June 1
Spring Semester (includes Spring I and Spring II) – December 1
Summer Semester (includes 6 Week I and II, and 8 Week 1) – April 1
The enrollment deadlines are set to allow for the distribution of your scholarship dollars before the first eBill is generated for the semester. Scholarship disbursement for the semester cannot be completed if the student is not enrolled by the enrollment deadline.
Award Distribution
Upon admission into the Fellows scholarship, students are provided a recommendation for disbursement of their total award across the academic year. Students may make changes to these suggestions at any time. For students enrolled by the enrollment deadline, scholarship awards will post to a student's account 7-10 days after the deadline.
