Graduation
All SCPS students must submit a graduation application to be eligible for graduation. Applications should be submitted within LOCUS (luc.edu/locus).
Graduation Audit
Undergraduate and graduate degree-seeking students submitting a graduation application will receive a graduation audit. This audit details the requirements remaining toward the completion of your degree before graduation. Additionally, it includes policy and requirements around graduating.
When to Apply
Undergraduate Degree-Seeking Students: when you've earned at least 80 total credit hours and at least 20 credit hours at Loyola
Graduate Degree-Seeking Students: once you've identified your graduation term with your advisor. This should preferably be done within your first semester.
Certificate-Seeking (Undergraduate and Graduate) Students: because programs are completed within 3 months to one year, should apply within their first semester.
Students may apply to graduate at the end of the Fall, Spring, J-Term, or Summer semesters. Selecting a graduation semester means you will plan to complete all of your requirements within that semester. The application deadlines can be found on the Registration & Records website.
