Internal Transfer
Loyola students interested in possibly transferring from their current school/college to the School of Continuing & Professional Studies, must complete the Internal Transfer Application and submit to scps@luc.edu.
Students should submit this application to express interest and learn more. Submitting the application doesn’t require that a student internal transfer to SCPS. Once the SCPS office is in receipt of the application, the student will receive a response with a link to schedule an appointment with an advisor to discuss further.
During your advising appointment, taking about 30 minutes, we will review your remaining course requirements if you transfer as well as the mission of SCPS to determine that transferring is a good fit for you.
Internal Transfer Deadlines
Fall Semester start with SCPS - July 1
Spring Semester start with SCPS - November 1
SCPS will not process an internal transfer to start at a second session (i.e., Fall II or Spring II start).
Students Eligible for Internal Transfer
Current LUC student working toward undergraduate degree within another school or college.
Students Not Eligible for Internal Transfer
Non-degree students (with other school/college) or graduate students that have an interest in completing a SCPS degree or certificate, must submit an application for admission.
