Contract Information

One of the most important functions that the Forum regularly undertakes is contract maintenance. The contract identifies all the rights and responsibilities of your employment with the College. The contract is fairly detailed in the manner in which a contract violation can be pursued, but the best first step when a matter like this arises is to contact the Contract Enforcer or a member of the Professional Problems Committee. (See homepage for e-mail contacts.) Members do sometimes find themselves being contacted by an administrative official of the College for an Investigatory Meeting. All members are entitled to have a Forum representative with them at these meetings. Indeed, we highly recommend a representative accompany all Forum members. If you are in need of a representative for such a meeting, you should immediately contact the Contract Enforcer or a member of the Professional Problems Committee.
