What is AI?
Simply put, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the idea of creating machines that can perform tasks that normally require human intelligence. This includes recognizing images and sounds, understanding language, making decisions based on data, and even generating new content like text, images, or music.
AI systems don’t think like humans, but they can analyze patterns, learn from data, and solve problems in ways that can seem “intelligent.” From virtual assistants and recommendation systems to self-driving cars and creative tools, AI is becoming an increasingly common part of our daily lives, and it is opening exciting opportunities for education and learning. As these tools continue to grow, they are reshaping how we work, communicate, and even create, making it important for students and teachers to understand both their potential and their limitations.
