Upon casting, summons an electric sprite that follows the player.
^ This sprite will dive at enemies, dealing AoE Lightning Damage.
^ This sprite lasts for 10 seconds, or 4 hits (whichever comes first).
^ Multiple sprites can be summoned at once.
