Lightning Storm

"In nature, the ethereal fabric of Sky sways and flows in the wind, sometimes becoming entangled and violent, resulting in searing bolts of lightning. With words of magic, a skilled elementalist can summon this violent effect of Sky on a whim."

Notes

• Can be bought from the following Stone Mages:

^ The House of Splendor : Devotion Level 3

^ Keepers of Fire and Sky : Devotion Level 3

^ Order of the Betrayer : Devotion Level 3

• Upon casting, summons multiple bolts of lightning on both sides of the player, causing Lightning Damage upon impact.

• Damage scales with the player's equipped mainhand weapon damage (after scaling).

^ This formula will default to the player's offhand weapon if no mainhand weapon is equipped.

^ This applies to any weapon, not just Staves and Wands, meaning a melee weapon user can still use this incantation to great effect.
