POLICY

The SA HEALTH aims to achieve service excellence by identifying the needs of its people as well as customer requirements and customer satisfaction.

The Company is committed to establishment and maintenance of an effective and efficient SHEQ management system.

The ethos “right first time” will be promoted to raise SHEQ awareness throughout the company and lead towards the ultimate goal of zero failure.

It is fundamental to our SHEQ policy that each individual should be accountable for his or her own performance and thereby motivated to produce the required results. Commitment to the SHEQ policy will be cultivated by an ongoing investment in the development of all our people leading to continuous SHEQ improvement.


  • As part of the course and scope of our operations, THE COMPANY has implemented an integrated SHE management system based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, which serves as a framework for the setting of SHE objectives. As part of these objectives, Top Management are committed to the following:

  • the prevention of pollution, and preservation of the environment, through the elimination of environmental aspects and reduction of environmental impacts.

  • the provision of safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, through the elimination of hazards and the reduction of OH&S risks; compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements / compliance obligations and active promotion of consultation and participation of workers and worker representatives.

  • Continual improvement of the SHE Management System.

Responsibilities

It shall be the responsibility of the Top Management Team to establish and maintain policies and procedures and to bring these procedures into effect. It shall be the responsibility of the CEO (Licence Holder) to ensure implementation of these policies and procedures.
