POLICY
Purpose and Strategy of SA HEALTH is to....
import, sell and distribute medical devices, IVD and consumables for the medical sector as per regulatory requirements and ISO13485 and;
provide wholesaling of locally availed medicines SAHPRA license and GWP requirements.
SA HEALTH is represented nationally throughout South Africa; and provides excellent standards of service and client satisfaction.
The Company is committed to implementing, maintaining and continually improving a quality management system that meets the requirements of the customer and regulatory and legislative requirements. The Company commits to:
Certification to ISO13485 and compliance to defined standards and medicines GWP
Compliance with all local and national regulations pertaining to the products being distributed
Considering the external and internal issues that are relevant to the distribution of products and services provided, the strategic direction and the effect on the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet requirements
Determining the risks and opportunities to achieve its objectives
Establishing processes and procedures and providing documentation information to manage and improve or comply to the safety, performance and quality of it’s products, services
Following good business ethics and practices
Implementing Good Manufacturing & Distribution Practices ensuring Safety, Health and Hygiene to the products, employees, community and any other stakeholders
Ensuring that employees are aware and trained regarding the above
Implementing and ensuring that objectives are reviewed and measured during the management review to enable a sustainable policy of safe and effective products and good business practices

Responsibilities
It shall be the responsibility of the Top Management Team to establish and maintain policies and procedures and to bring these procedures into effect. It shall be the responsibility of the CEO (Licence Holder) to ensure implementation of these policies and procedures.
