Resources below are from the three part series offered as a virtual statewide Rural Learning Collaborative on Thursdays in April 2023.
For the Spring '23 series had 23 preK-12 educators from throughout Rural Oregon join us representing Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Deschutes, Jackson, Josephine, Linn, Malheur, Tillamook, Benton, Klamath, and Malheur Counties.

Bring a project, lesson, idea with you next week for feedback from the group. It can be at the very beginning of an idea or a fully developed project you want feedback on from others. We will use a constructive protocol and you will receive ideas about how to modify or think in new ways about your idea or project.
Identify an overlooked opportunity, resource, community partner that could help you move towards integration of the arts into your practice. Regional or not. For example: Talent Maker City in Southern Oregon.
Think about what resources that you could use in your practice related to making your way to integrate the arts into STEM for STEAM.
Remember: everyone has different goals in this work and has different ideas for what STEAM can mean in their region. We are all learning together!
