OVERVIEW

SPARK ONLINE is a virtual on-boarding process that stays true to our commitment of providing our new hires with what they need as they join the Rebisco family. It is designed to run for 2 days with short sessions (maximum of 2 hours each) covering the essential information required for a new hire to know. The orientation will be facilitated by L&D and our New Employee Orientation partners (PPCU, CISO and INTD) via a ZOOM platform.

OBJECTIVES

Provide our New Hires with the necessary knowledge of the organization through an online orientation via ZOOM.
Ensure continuity of monitoring new-hire 90-Day experience through a (45 and 90) touch point system.
Ensure continuity of line managers/hiring managers’ participation in the completion of their new hires’ onboarding through a practical yet robust onboarding plan

PROCESS

To make this OnLine Onboarding efficient and effective, activities will be done in phases so that new hires, hiring managers (immediate superiors), Talent Acquisition and SPARK Online NEO team will be properly guided. Phases and activities are as follows:

PRE-ORIENTATION PHASES - Activities 28 days before Online New Employee Orientation. Lead, PPCU - Talent Acquisition.
ORIENTATION PHASE - New Employee Orientation Discussion. Lead, PPCU L&D, Members PPCU Employee Experience, PPCU Compensation, Benefits and Records Management, Information Security, and Information and Technology.
POST-ORIENTATION PHASE - Activities after the New Hires' Orientation. Lead by the New Hires' Immediate Superior. Activities that should be accomplished are based on the New Hires Onboarding Plan and to be followed-up by PPCU L&D and Talent Acquisition during the 45 and 90 day touchpoint periods.
