Introduction to Project Management
Overview: This self-paced course is designed to introduce learners to the fundamentals of project management, aligned to the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and practices prescribed by Rebisco Corporate Planning.
After the course the participants will be able to:
Describe the different stages of a project, and
Define the Knowledge Areas and Process Groups of Project Management.
Target Participants: Current Project Leads and Managers
