The Online Brown Bag Sessions are learning sessions facilitated to help you grow and excel within and outside your usual functions. Each topic aims to promote Rebisco's core values of Excellence, Innovation, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, and Teamwork.

These e-learning courses, unlike brown bag sessions, ultimately address our core, leadership,and functional competencies. These are your classroom sessions, but done virtually. Each e-learning course is a standalone session designed specifically to help you perform your role given our new work environment.

This is a virtual onboarding process that stays true to our commitment to providing our new hires with what they need as they join the Rebisco family. It is designed to run for 2 short sessions (maximum of 2 hours each) covering the essential information required for a new hire to know. The orientation will be facilitated by L&D and our NEO partners via Zoom.
