There are few minor visual differences within the Event Wizard, these are outlined below - however the functionality of creating events remains the same.

The functionality to upload a banner image to an event has been restored, you will need to add a text description to the mandatory field 'Alternative text for visual impairment'.
💡Recommended banner image size: 820 x 410px.
❗This field will need to be completed when uploading a banner/speaker image or editing an existing event.
Offers have been replaced by 'Event Items' this is where you will create your event tickets.
❗Do not use the Donations or Products as are not configured, these will fully integrated in a future update.
The New Ticket section has a couple of new fields added, these will need to be completed when creating an event.
❗Do not use the visibility control. Ticket Type should always be set to Main event ticket.
When editing an existing event the bar at the top has changed and gives you the option to Save your event and publish your updates immediately.
If the Event Wizard is not displayed on the task bar you can easily find it when clicking into the grid icon on the top left-hand side and type it into the search field.
If you click on the pencil icon on the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar you can manually add the Wizard permanently to the navigation bar. Watch the video below for a step by step guide.
💡Check if the Event Wizard is already added to your Events Management App Navigation Items, then the adding is not necessary and you can just drag and drop it up to the top, so it displays on the navigation bar.
The option to clone events is unreliable at the moment, we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. In the meantime we do not recommend using this functionality, please continue to create new events.
For UK Events please use Europe/ London as a Time Zone from the drop down menu.

If an attendee of your event needs a refund, please email us the forwarded request for confirmation of the action and send it to volunteers@rps.org. We can then action the refund for you.
