TEAM DEADLINE IS February 2, 2024

All athletes are required to be cleared, medically and academically, prior to every season, for every sport.  Royal High School uses an online clearance site to make the process easier.

The Royal High School Track and Field Team will require all athletes to complete their Athletic Clearance at the beginning of each school year.  The sooner you complete it, the sooner you can compete with the team.

WHAT TO DO:

Please review the Athletic Clearance Instructions Form below.  It will guide you through the Athletic Clearance process.

• If you are coming from another sport at Royal, all you need to do is go back into your Athletic Clearance account and add Track and Field.  Everything will auto-populate and you will be cleared for Track and Field.

PHYSICAL FORM:

Please use the updated SVUSD Sports Physical Form below.  Fill it out and take it with you to your physical.  Please ensure that the doctor signs the form.

The sports physical MUST BE COMPLETED by a doctor.

Note:  Physicals expire 12 months from the day you last had one.  An athlete will be ineligible to compete if their physical is expired.

INSURANCE:

The SVUSD is now requiring all athletes to provide proof of health insurance.  If your family does not have insurance, they can use the form below to get the necessary insurance coverage.
