CODE OF CONDUCT FORM

All athletes will need to read and sign the Team's Code of Conduct form.

The Code of Conduct Form outlines general athlete conduct and expectations for the season.

You can print out the Code of Conduct Form, in the link below.

The signed form will be due prior to the beginning of the Spring Season.

Code of Conduct Form

You represent Royal High School, the Royal Track and Field team AND your teammates. Any behavior that puts the school, your team, OR your teammates in a negative light will not be tolerated.
You shall support and encourage your teammates, as well as holding yourself and your teammates accountable.
Arrive to Roll Call EARLY. Roll Call will begin at the scheduled time. You are enrolled in a class and attendance rules apply.
Be dressed and ready to workout upon arrival to Roll Call/Practice.
No Cell Phone usage during practice (ie: Music, talking/texting, etc.).
No food during practice. Please eat before practice (but not right before).
No swearing/cursing during practice, meets or when representing Royal High School and the Team.

Violation of this rule will result in a 25 push-up penalty.
Continued violations will initiate a progressive discipline penalty, up to removal from the team.

The Freshman Class will be required to bring out/set up/put away equipment (ie: hurdles) during practice.
