Our Distance squad had a good weekend at Moorpark High School.
Angie Busco won her 800m heat and placed 5th overall (2:37.10). Busco placed 6th overall in the 3200m Run (12:13.74)
Grace Parle finished 4th in her heat and 16th overall (2:49.33)
Tristan Trejo (2:08.78), Luis Andrade (2:08.93) and Robert Smith (2:09.82) all finished well in their respective heats and ran great times for the start of the season, in the 800m Run.
Freshman Jenson Correa’s inaugural meet resulted in a medal and an time of 2:11.29, in the 800m Run.
Tony Montano finished 11th overall in the 3200m Run (11:15.20).

Our first full-team meet was at Agoura High School. Our Highlanders performed well. There were a lot of medals and PR's to go around. Some of our performances are highlighted below:
