Membership is open to any undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student at Rowan University. All are welcomed regardless of disability identity, or any other identity.
All members have the right to voice opinions, concerns and/or ideas.
All members have a right to participate in a vote for anything regarding Rowan Disability Student Union matters.
Participate in the functions organized or endorsed by the union.
Endeavor always to represent the union in a favorable manner both at the individual and official level.
Be accountable to the union for whatever duties he/she volunteers for or accepts.
Members are encouraged to engage with the Rowan Disability Student Union, however they wish and/or are able. At the core of membership is a promise of respect; to yourself, to your peers, to shared space, to disability justice, and to the work being done in the disability movement at Rowan University and at large.
Not miss more than two (2) of the scheduled meetings during each semester.
Receives all benefits and privileges accorded by the union.
All members are expected to adhere to Rowan's Code of Conduct and Community Standards. Failure to adhere will result in removal from the Rowan Disability Student Union.
