Requirements Representative Board

Must have a full Executive Board 

• President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, SGA Senator (not required to be under Rowan Disability Student Union), and Rowan Disability Student Union Representative (required to be under RDSU).

Must have a Rowan Disability Student Union Representative.

Rowan Disability Student Union Representative must attend bi-weekly Representative meetings

• Dates and times set by the Rowan Disability Student Union Recording Secretary; will change every academic year

• If the representative misses more than two (2) meetings without notifying the Rowan Disability Student Union president and recording secretary, the organization will no longer be under Rowan Disability Student Union for the remainder of the academic year. 

Must have a member at every Rowan Disability Student Union General Body Meeting

• If the representative from the executive board of the organization is not present, the organization receives a point

  • Three (3) points and the organization are removed from under the Rowan Disability Student Union for the remainder of the academic year.

Must have updated contact information sent to the Rowan Disability Student Union Executive Vice President and Recording Secretary by the end of every academic year.

Must submit calendars of upcoming months by the 25th of each month

• If calendar is not submitted, Rowan Disability Student Union will not repost the events, Rowan Disability Student Union will not announce the event at that months General Body Meeting, and your event will not make it in the mass calendar sent out to Disability Rowan, Office of Accessibility, Center for Neurodiversity, Division of Inclusive Excellence, Community, & Belonging (IECB), Student Government Association (SGA) and SGA Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Must have all Executive Board members in GroupMe
