Vacancy and Appointment to the Executive Board

In the event of an executive board position is vacancy/vacancies or impending vacancy/vacancies, due to term expiration, graduation, resignation, removal, or other circumstances, new executive board members shall be appointed by the current executive board.

All members shall be notified of the open position(s) and given both a synchronous and asynchronous opportunity to nominate themselves or another member to the position with the option of a nomination explanation.

The current executive board shall deliberate all nominations. At an Rowan Disability Student Union meeting with the advisors present, the executive board shall, with a majority vote, appoint the member(s) who are most suited to the duties and expectations of the executive position.
