The organizer of your group will provide plenty of forms, pens, Vote411 cards, and other materials. We hope you can bring a smart phone or tablet, but internet access may not be available.
IMPORTANT: Check each form after the voter completes it to be sure they've provided all the information that's required.
Your organizer will collect all forms and return them to the office of the Board of Voter Registration in the appropriate county. The forms can be folded and mailed by the voter if they prefer, but since they might forget to do it on time, it's best for the the organizer to collect all completed forms to ensure that the registration request is submitted by the deadline.
If voters prefer to mail it themselves, remind them to find the correct address for their county.
Forms can be downloaded and submitted by mail, fax, or as an email attachment.
