ONLINE REGISTRATION
Voters may register online at Vote411 using a phone, tablet, or computer, and can use either their own phone or someone else's, including yours. They can also go directly to SCVotes.gov.
To register online, voters will need to have either an SC driver's license or an ID issued by the SC Department of Motor Vehicles, and a Social Security number. They will need to provide both numbers to proceed with registration.
