Your application requires an Official High School Transcript and Official Transcripts from any College you have received credits from.
High School Transcripts can be requested by you the student (or parent if under 18)
Your NROTC Coordinator may request your official transcripts on your with the following release form completed and signed.
**note** If you are under 18 your parent/legal guardian must sign the form
Official College transcripts can be requested from the school through the Registrar's Office.
Most colleges have an option to send them via electronic delivery. This can be done by having them sent to your coordinator's email address.
They can also be mailed to your Coordinator's address as well.
Students/parents cannot hand deliver the transcripts to the Coordinator. They must come directly from the school/college.
You can request to send four FREE score reports anytime from the day you register to up to nine days after your SAT test date.
Unless you’re eligible for an SAT fee waiver, there’s a $12 fee to send a score report after the nine day window has passed.

Sign in to your College Board account and click on " Send Scores."
Click on " Send Available Scores Now" if you want to send your scores right away, or click on " Send Scores When Available" if you’re registered for an upcoming test.

Double check your order and pay.
You may check your account to see if the scores have been sent after your testing date.
SAT Test scores can take between 2 and 6 weeks to come back, with an additional 10 days for them to be sent to us.

Your letter must include all of the following information:
current full name
full name at the time you registered or tested (if different)
current mailing address
address at the time you registered or tested (if different)
ACT ID from your score report
date of birth
home phone number
the test date (month and year) for which you want scores reported, include test location if you tested more than once in the same month
the valid codes and names (with city and state) for the colleges and scholarship agencies to which you want ACT to report your scores (0656 NROTC Navy Marine Scholarship)
