All applications require Evaluations to be completed and submitted to your NROTC Coordinator.

Ensure you reach out to your evaluators in advance to let them know to expect an email from your Coordinator. It is also a good idea to ask them when they believe they will have it completed by, to give you a follow-up date.
In your application you will provide contact information for your evaluators
Use the school's address and school's Phone number for all school employees
Use employment address and phone number for Employers/Coaches
All evaluations are sent out via email, you must have a valid email address
